SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY:
Cardinal only uses the United States Postal Service carrier for shipping at this time.
Once orders are received, they will be processed and shipped (generally) within 5 business days.
Shipping is free within the continental United States for regular ground or first-class USPS shipping. However, any shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or internationally will involve a shipping charge according to size, weight, location and postal availability. Also, an additional shipping cost will be added to any rush, next day or overnight orders.
All transactions are processed using USD currency.
